NYSEG Smart Meters Installation Plan

NYSEG will begin upgrading existing meters in the Auburn and Geneva areas with smart meters in November 2024. The Town of Tyre will be part of the Geneva Division program. These installations are scheduled to be completed in 2025. You will receive a postcard several weeks ahead and an automated phone call in the days prior to their visit.
