LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The Town Board of the Town of Tyre, County of Seneca, New York, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of August, 2024, duly adopted a Resolution accepting a bid from Casella Waste Management of N.Y. Inc. for a three-year option for refuse collection and disposal service for years 2025-2027 with the following base costs: $56,320 in 2025, $59,136 in 2026 and $62,092 in 2027; and that such Resolution is SUBJECT TO A PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 7 and 8 OF THE TOWN LAW OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK.
