With the recent convergence of several factors causing increases in NYSEG utility bills, please note that the NYSEG Geneva Division has walk-in office hours. If you have concerns about your NYSEG bills, please contact the NYSEG Customer Service Center at 1-800-572-1111 Monday – Friday 7:00am-7:00pm, or visit their Geneva Division & have a face-to-face conversation with a NYSEG representative at 152 Border City Road, Monday – Friday 9:00am-3:00pm.
