Notice of Public Hearing for LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF 2025 TO REVISE TOWN OF TYRE SITE PLAN REVIEW REGULATIONS TO ADDRESS INTAKE PROCEDURE AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Please take notice that a proposed Local Law is under consideration by the Town Board of the Town of Tyre, New York, designated as Local Law No. 2 of 2025 “Revise Town of Tyre Site Plan Review Regulations to Address Intake Procedure and Other Miscellaneous Provisions,” and its purpose, generally, is to refine the intake procedure and other miscellaneous provisions in order to streamline and clarify the processes under the Town of Tyre Site Plan Review Regulations (the “Site Plan Law”), while still maintaining the intent of the Site Plan Law.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said proposed Local Law is on file at the Tyre Town Clerk’s Office located at the Tyre Municipal Building, 1082 Gravel Road,

Seneca Falls, NY 13148, where it is available for public inspection during regular business hours.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing upon said proposed Local Law has been scheduled for the 28th day of May, 2025, at 6:30 PM, to be held at the Tyre Municipal Building, 1082 Gravel Road, Seneca Falls, NY 13148. An opportunity to be heard in regard thereto will then and there be given to members of the public.  Written comments may also be directed to the Tyre Town Clerk, at the Tyre Municipal Building, 1082 Gravel Road, Seneca Falls, NY 13148
