PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

           NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing pursuant to Town Law Section 184 will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Tyre, New York at the Town of Tyre Town Hall, 1082 Gravel Road, Seneca Falls, New York 13148 on September 25, 2024 at 6:35 p.m. prevailing time for the purpose of considering an amendment to the existing contract for the furnishing of fire protection and emergency services within the Tyre Fire Protection District for the year 2024, to wit: to amend the current Agreement relative to an extension of the term of the contract for an additional, one-year period, from January 1, 2025 through and including December 31, 2025 for the same consideration paid in 2024 for such services.

           At such hearing, at which time and place said Town Board will consider such and hear all persons interested in the same and that a copy of the proposed Second Amendment may be inspected at the Town of Tyre Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
