Public Notice – Public Hearing by Tyre Town Board September 25, 2024 6:30 PM

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

           NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing pursuant to Town Law Section 184 will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Tyre, New York at the Town of Tyre Town Hall, 1082 Gravel Road, Seneca Falls, New York 13148 on September 25, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. prevailing time for the purpose of considering the contracting with one or more entities maintaining adequate and suitable apparatus and appliances for the furnishing of ambulance services within the Town of Tyre for a one-year period, from January 1, 2025 through and including December 31, 2025, and that the consideration for such contract or contracts shall be in the total amount as set forth in such proposed contract.

           At such hearing, at which time and place said Town Board will consider such and hear all persons interested in the same and that a copy of the terms of the proposed contract may be inspected at the Town of Tyre Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
