PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

           NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing pursuant to Town Law Section 184 will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Tyre, New York at the Town of Tyre Town Hall, 1082 Gravel Road, Seneca Falls, New York 13148 on September 25, 2024 at 6:40 p.m. prevailing time for the purpose of considering an amendment to the existing contract with the Tyre Fire Company, Inc. for furnishing of fire protection and emergency services within the Tyre Fire Protection District for the years 2024 and 2025, to wit: amending the consideration for such services in 2024 and 2025.

           At such hearing, at which time and place said Town Board will consider such and hear all persons interested in the same and that a copy of the proposed First Amendment may be inspected at the Town of Tyre Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
