TOWN OF TYRE Zoning Board of Appeals – PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE erection of a digital billboard sign at 2988 Auburn Rd at the intersection of State Route 89 in the Town of Tyre

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Tyre Zoning Appeals Board will convene a Public Hearing on July 16, 2024 at approximately 6:00 PM at the Tyre Town Municipal Building located at 1082 Gravel Road, Seneca Falls, NY 13148 to review an application for a digital billboard sign submitted by Matthew Greacen, Deployed Digital (Applicant) located at 2988 Auburn Rd at the intersection of State Route 89,  (Tax Map # 17-1-06.2).  Under Town of Tyre Local Zoning Law, a variance request must be presented in a public hearing. Application detail can be viewed during normal business hours at the Tyre Town Municipal Building.  Interested parties can submit written comments to the Tyre Municipal Building prior to the scheduled public hearing or by attending the public hearing.
