Public Notice – Town of Tyre Zoning Board of Appeals

The Town of Tyre Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 6:00 pm at the Tyre Municipal Building, 1082 Gravel Rd., Seneca Falls, NY 13148. The meeting agenda will be to review an area variance from Lamar Weaver to reduce the road setback requirement for a calf barn to be constructed at 811 E. Tyre Rd., Seneca Falls. The ZBA will also review an area variance request from Walter E. Bennett, Jr. for an area variance to build a barn/house “barndominium” on 1 acre of land located at 1082 Black Brook Rd., Seneca Falls. The public is welcome to attend and comment on these requests.
