Public Notice – Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting December 15, 2025 6:00 PM

The Town of Tyre Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 6:00 pm at the Tyre Municipal Building located at 1082 Gravel Rd, Seneca Falls, NY. This meeting will be held to review the Use Variance application of Tara A. Larsen and Timothy J. Lotz. A Use Variance is requested to create a 3-acre subdivision parcel with a right of way (50’ min) at 551 Gravel Rd., Seneca Falls, NY, Tax map # 06-1-23.11.
