The Town of Tyre Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 6:00 pm, at the Tyre Municipal Building, 1082 Gravel Rd., Seneca Falls. This meeting will be held to review the application of Scott Young, 1329 Black Brook Rd., Seneca Falls, NY. Tax Map # 12-1-21.2, for an Area Variance for a setback from property lines, to erect a pole building on the property.
